Help Save Brian Chrislock Jr.

Sorry I haven't posted updates, I have been at the hospital with Brian. He went in at 12:00pm for his SCOPING (upper & lower) there were several findings!! He has some Lesions in his Intestines, bumps in his esophagus and red bumps in his Intestines. We will get the results no later than Monday to see if it's GVHD. Mom said they have been back in his room for  2 hrs and the Doctor's never put an order in for him to be able to eat or drink anything!! He hasn't had anything solid since Monday ...

GREAT NEWS, Brians MRI came back with significate improvement in the white matter in his brain, HOPEFULLY this means his transplant has stopped the progression of his Disease. He has fluid around his heart and they are draining that as I'm typing this. Keep him in your prayers and pray he wins the battle with this Disease!!!! Thanks

Brian seems to be getting worse, having bad headaches, pains in his stomach and he says it feels like someone ran over his chest!!!! Finally after Moms persistence for a week on having them do a MRI on Brian it was finally done last night. The MRI will show if the Disease is progressing. Waiting to hear back from GI Doctor so he can be checked to see if he has GVHD (Graft vs Host Disease) PLEASE CONTINUE TO KEEP HIM IN YOUR PRAYERS!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

Brian didn't get to go home this weekend, he is still having fevers, Excruciating ABDOMINAL PAIN, HEADACHES and SORE THROAT!! Brian had a VERY BAD NIGHT!! Mom has spoken to everyone and anyone to make them transfer him BACK to CHOC Children's Hospital because they seem to know what to do for him and are more caring, so far no luck!!!!  Thank you all for the PRAYERS!! GOB BLESS!! ♥

Well another day in the hospital and all Brian's tests have come back negative for infection. The doctor says as long as he's feeling good and no pain he can go home tomorrow. He has had his little brother and sister hanging out with him so he hasn't been too bored. Here's Brian kicking back in his bed, smiling as usual!!!! Please keep him in your prayers and pray that they find a cure for this terrible disease.

Aside from Brian feeling really good and talking so MUCH due to his really good pain med!!(MORPHINE). He is overall doing GOOD. No more fever or headaches since the one time last night. As of now all his blood work is coming back good! The GI doctor was able to check him yesterday, "FINALLY"! and she sent for more stool test. Thank you all for your PRAYERS and SUPPORT!! (will update as soon as I know more)♥ Oh and Brian now has a new cousin that was born yesterday Austin Robert  8 lbs...

ALL TEST SO FAR HAVE BEEN NEGATIVE FOR ANY VIRUS!! THANK GOD and TO ALL OF YOU FOR YOUR PRAYERS AND SUPPORT!! NOW WE ARE JUST WAITING TO FIND OUT WHETHER IT CAN BE GVHD. DR'S SAY THAT OTHER THAN THE WATERY STOOLS THERE IS NO REAL SIGNS OF GVHD!! NOT TO SURE YET, WHAT OTHER TEST THEY WILL BE DOING. OTHER THAN THAT, BRIAN IS DOING VERY WELL AND CAN'T WAIT TO GET BACK HOME!(BRIAN JUST MIGHT BE HOME TODAY!!) GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!♥

Brian is doing GREAT!!!!!!! Tomorrow is day 100 since his Transplant. The Doctors hear in San Diego that saw Brain when he was first diagnosed saw him for the 1st time since his Transplant and are very impressed at how well he is doing and how much he has to talk about!!!  Before all this happened Brian was a quiet little boy and in the past months he has changed so much, he has matured a lot and isn't quiet anymore!!!!
